Thursday November 16— 7 pm — Lenka Lichtenberg & Tyson Galloway
Spotlight Series returns to the Art Gallery of Northumberland on Thursday, November 16th at 7pm with 2023 Juno Award winner Lenka Lichtenberg and multi-instrumentalist Tyson Galloway.
Performers will tell their story of passion and process, transforming the gallery into an evening of immersive, multi-media performance.
Lichtenberg will share from her magnum opus Thieves of Dreams, ranging from a cappella to chamber music and jazz inspired by poems by her grandmother while in a WWII concentration camp.
Galloway has travelled Canada and Europe with his eclectic repertoire and brings his passion for jazz and swing music to the gallery.
This is the fifth season of the AGN’s arts education fundraiser.
