Trent Hills Sports Wall of Honour Ceremony Today
Campbellford – Mon., Jan. 15, 2024 – The Trent Hills Sports Wall of Honour Advisory Board has announced the first 12 Inductees in various categories.
The ceremony which was held today at 10 a.m. introduced the inductees based on Trent Hills initial request that there would be an equal number from the three municipalities.
Warkworth Inductees are:
Builder category: Bryce Allen and Doug Rowe and the Warkworth Kinsmen and Kinette Clubs.
Team selection is the 1972 All Ontario Juveniles.
Hastings Inductees are:
Player category: Dit Clapper Hockey Hall of Fame and Jim Morrow Hockey and Randy Fife both hockey and
fastball..
Team selection is the 1948 All Ontario Midget Champions
Campbellford Inductees are:
Kyle Pettey Paralympic multiple athletic achievements;
Gary Torrance builder selection re hockey and fastball.
Cassie Turner both Player and Coaching categories.
Team selection wis the 1973 All Ontario Midget Fastball Champions.
