Critical Mass is hosting an Artist Reception, in partnership with Ganaraska Art & Framing, featuring 10 local and regional artists from CM’s collaborative residency project that took place this summer.
Join artists and friends on Friday, October 13th (6pm to 8pm) to see the collaborative and solo works of Laura Brown, Wendy Capp, Sean Carthew, Lee Higginson, Heather Roy, Jay Dart, Kate Hessin, Brian Hoad, Chrissy Poitras, and Kyle Topping!

The collaborative artworks are all available for sale by silent auction with proceeds split 50/50 between the artists and Critical Mass (to support future programming like this).
The artists’ individual works are also for direct sale with all proceeds to the artists.
This collaborative residency project centred around the theme of letting go, and invited artists from different visual languages and art practices to experiment with their process, and respond to one anothers’ work over successive iterations.
The artwork is on display now at Ganaraska Art & Framing (37 Walton Street, Port Hope) and will remain up until October 14th.
