Last year, $6,800 was raised
Starting September 1 and going strong until November 30, 2023, 11 local automotive dealerships are joining forces.
They’re contributing $10 from every new and used vehicle sold to United Way.
Maggie Darling, Acting Executive Director of United Way Northumberland says, “Funds raised will address food insecurity, mental health, children’s programming, senior support and housing assistance.”
This year’s participating dealerships are : Campbellford Chrysler, Cobourg Honda, Cobourg Mazda, JC&DC Motors, JSC Auto Sales, Lauria Hyundai, Lauria Volkswagen, Mallory Auto, Stewart Auto Hub, Thomas Buick GMC, & Vandermeer Toyota.
