Trent Hills has a by-law to regulate the operation of Off-road vehicles on Municipal Highways within Trent Hills
Where the speed limit is 50 km/h or less, Off-road vehicles are permitted to operate at a speed no more than 20 km/h
Where the speed limit is more than 50 km/h, Off-road vehicles are permitted to operate at a speed no more than 50 km/h
Off-road vehicles are only permitted on highways within Trent Hills from April 1 until November 30 each year
Off-road vehicles are not permitted to operate between the Dusk and Dawn on highways within the Municipality of Trent Hills
