Hastings – Mon., Aug. 21, 2023 – Saturday was all about lively music, great food and family fun as the Hastings Waterfront Festival goers were greeted with good weather and the crowds just kept coming.
From the kids’ zone to axe throwing and the Blades of Glory, there was plenty to do at the event, held along the waterfront in the village.
It was a party for everyone featuring reptiles from GNP Reptile Rescue, the Hastings Historical Society, Scouts Canada, The Number E Tea Company, Rice Lake Hard Cider, Heavenly Sweets Ptbo, Mimi’s Apparel, Lower Trent Conservation, the Trent Hills Public Library, EarlyON, Trent Hills Therapy Dogs Inc Blades of Glory Medieval Entertainment & Educational Park Axe Throwing and so much more!
There were plenty of vendors and the festival organizers were sure to include their popular annual “Show and Shine” featuring gleaming vehicles for everyone to check out. There were even hot air balloon rides sponsored by Re-Max.
The events were held in different locations including the Hastings Field House grounds, the downtownarea and Dit Clapper Drive.
