Orange Door Project Campaign Until June 25

Raising funds to support local at-risk and homeless youth

The Home Depot Canada’s Cobourg store is again partnering with Rebound Child & Youth Services to raise funds in support of local at-risk and homeless youth.

Until June 25th, customers can donate online at OrangeDoorProject.ca or at the store’s checkout. All local donations will help Rebound Child & Youth Services to continue to offer no-cost programming to support and enhance mental health services, literacy and learning help, family wellness and parenting support, and youth justice diversion programs – all geared towards helping children, youth, and families reach their fullest potential.

“The support of the Orange Door Project will help us ensure that we are able to sustain our no-cost programming ongoing, particularly programs that support the most at-risk youth in the community” says Nicole Wood, Rebound’s Executive Director. “Our Family Wellness Hub – one of the many programs at Rebound – offers a continuum of programs, services, and supports for families. These programs and services use a family-centered approach to provide the support, skills, and necessary to navigate the wellness of children and youth and establish a healthy family foundation. Our vision at Rebound is to ensure that children, youth, and families have the opportunity to reach their fullest potential.  We are so grateful for the ongoing support from Cobourg Home Depot!”

Through The Orange Door Project campaign, The Home Depot Canada Foundation supports 126 organizations that are committed to preventing and ending youth homelessness across the country.
